Thank you for shopping with Positive Kick. We want to make sure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Positive Kick products across Australia.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.
Please note that delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date the order is placed.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure orders arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur due to postal or courier networks, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking it.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your delivery details are correct before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the package and product.
We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
International Shipping
International shipping availability and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout where available.
